4. Customer Due Diligence (KYC)
Golden Prize Digital LTD applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures where appropriate to verify the identity of participants, particularly when:

KYC checks may include the collection and verification of:

We actively monitor participant activity and transactions for indicators of suspicious behaviour, including but not limited to:

Where required by law, any suspected money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

All personal data collected as part of our AML and KYC processes is:

Used solely for compliance, identity verification, and fraud prevention purposes;

7. Staff Training
Employees and personnel involved in payment processing, customer verification, or compliance activities receive role-appropriate AML training to ensure awareness of obligations and the ability to identify suspicious activity.
8. Policy Review
This AML Policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner if required due to regulatory changes, operational developments, or identified risks.
